Upload failures usually mean the app could not reach the server, the token is invalid, or the selected file type was rejected.

Checks

• Confirm the desktop status light is green.
• Confirm the workstation has internet access.
• Try a JPG, PNG, or WEBP image.
• Download a fresh token from the user profile if authentication fails.
• Try again from the scanner workflow after the server responds.
