Upload failures usually mean the app could not reach the server, the token is invalid, or the selected file type was rejected.
Checks
- Confirm the desktop status light is green.
- Confirm the workstation has internet access.
- Try a JPG, PNG, or WEBP image.
- Download a fresh token from the user profile if authentication fails.
- Try again from the scanner workflow after the server responds.
