The DTL Fleet Desktop app is built for workstation tasks that are awkward in a browser, including scanner workflows, invoice intake, fuel receipt intake, and app-aware fleet web access.

Common Tasks

• Install or update the desktop app.
• Load the encrypted desktop token from the user profile.
• Scan fuel receipts and send them to server-side OCR.
• Scan invoice documents into the invoice image vault.
• Use the embedded browser for DTL Fleet cloud pages.
