Fuel Receipt Scanning

Fuel receipt scans are uploaded to the server for OCR processing. The app should only need to capture a clear image and confirm that the server accepted it.

Steps

• Open the fuel receipt scanner in the desktop app.
• Select the scanner.
• Scan one receipt image at a time unless using an approved stacked scanner workflow.
• Confirm the upload success message.
• Review OCR results in Fuel Management.

The server handles rotation correction, OCR extraction, vendor matching, and review status.
