Scanner Setup

The desktop app can work with workstation scanners for fuel receipts, invoice receiving, and driver qualification files.

Recommended Setup

• Connect the scanner before opening the desktop app.
• Use color mode for receipts and invoices.
• Use the Neat scanner when it is online for stacked receipt scans.
• Use a flatbed scanner for fragile or oversized documents.

If the Scanner Is Missing

Open the scanner tool again after checking the USB cable and Windows scanner driver. If the device still does not appear, restart the desktop app and confirm Windows can see the scanner.
